大多数の他人が嫌いというものを好きという人がいる。そういうことで、その人がカッコよく見える場合があるからだ。そんなの嘘だと思う。いいものは誰にとってもいいのだ。無理矢理押しつけがましい人にはなりたくないけど、ただこの一曲は、みんなが「なんか、いいね。」というものがあるんじゃないかと思う。そういう、おしとやかで静かで、誰にでもなんとなくわかるいいものをやりたくて、シェイカーズは始まった。

People like something other people usually don't like, because it makes the person cooler, like he / she knows something other people doesn't know. But I don't believe in these bullshits. Good things has to be good to everybody. I hate to sound like the one who forces someone to like something, but I believe this song sure has the character everyone can agree like "I don't know what it is, but it's sounds like a good song". Shakers began when we share and nod these quiet, simple, and subtle feeling to appreciate good music. No need of over reaction, exaggeration, extreme expression. That's where we came from.
